Advanced Monolithic Systems Inc. is a Privately owned company founded in October 1988.

• 1988 - AMS Starts as a design house.
• 1989 - AMS Produces OEM Products.
• 1991 - AMS Produces "AMS product line".
• 1997 - AMS Incorporates in the State of California. Broadens product line which includes Power Management to global markets.
• 1998 - AMS establishes sales department. Expands sales force worldwide.
• 2000 - AMS operates from new Corporate Headquarters in Livermore, California.
  Increases sales force globally.
• 2003 - AMS Expands Engineering Facility and adds engineering staff.
