The Crystal 600 flux system has been specially developed for soldering tasks in the area of manual soldering. Due to its properties, this soldering wire is naturally also suitable for use in solder robots. Although mildly activated, this soldering wire ensures fast and safe wetting on most surfaces, as they are used in modern electronics manufacturing. All low-oxidized, well-solderable metal surfaces such as copper, brass or even tin-plated surfaces are suitable for secure solder joint formation. The crystal 600 solder wire leaves small, transparent and highly secure residues on the solder joint.

The crystal 600 wire flux is a halogen-free and colophony-free flux based on a synthetic resin matrix. Therefore, this wire can be classified as REL0 according to J-STD-004B.

Due to the high thermal stability, the flux crystal 600 is very suitable for use with all lead-free alloys. The resin system in this flux has been designed to combine relatively small amounts of transparent residues with the highest electrical safety.
